I was going to put this in scraps cos I only spent an hour or so on it, but um, it's finished and it's Luther and... rowr. I had harbored thoughts of drawing him in this sort of outfit for a while but then I watched Dark City for the first time recently (yeah I'm terrible I shoulda seen it a long time ago) and I was just omg the strangers! Man they were so cool. So it's kinda inspired by that.
