Well. I'm of two minds about my art right now, as it were D: It's rather bipolar, maybe you can guess? Certainly one part of me is very happy with it... but. I'm getting restless and irritated. I have a tendency to hoard my art even at the best of times. And. This is not those times! Especially when drawing/painting can be such a personal thing. Don't get me wrong, I like to share and all, especially when people let me know that I inspire them to create, too, but. I'm not always comfortable with it. It's still something I really need to think about, I know why I drew in the past, and why I draw now, but now and in the future I'm thinking it's time to be taking my art more seriously and less personally?

I draw for ME. I draw for fun, I draw because it makes me happy. Why do I keep feeling like this is a bad thing?

~~ Possibly the most self-indulgent picture I've ever done, hah! GEE I WONDER WHAT MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DRAW ARE. :B Comments are disabled cos... s'personal. More than usual, I mean. *sweats* eheheh...

Might as well ramble about them... these are the main characters from a story ~ru-debega and I made up about four years ago which turned out to be basically an angsty teen drama/soap opera but with more violence and more magic! It's been ignored for that long, too. We have too many stories -_- It hit me last week that I never drew these kids properly, EVER, and... that's just unacceptable. We wrote a lot but it's not the same thing of course. Anyway these three are forced to become the host bodies for the spirits of some ancient legendary warriors and then get thrown into battle to fight monsters and giant apparitions. Good times : D

top left to right-
Markku - Has a gigantic chip on his shoulder. A bitter, resentful jerk. He looks like a pushover and gets into fights often, but be warned that his face is still pretty because he wins those fights. D:
Aedo - Brilliant, smothered rich kid. He remains sweet and well-adjusted despite having a scary neurotic supermom. A bit of a wuss, though. X)
Nadialine - Popular, outgoing, a bit of a busybody. She is very opinionated and slightly rebellious

bottom left to right are the kids when possessed by-
Phoenix - An arrogant hypocritical bastard. Extremely petty XD
Gryphon - Somewhat stoic and condescending
Sphinx - A bit cold, and a bit bitter because she got cursed and can only talk in riddles. HOW AMUSINGLY APPROPRIATE.

These are the good guys btw, haha. Hmm... thundercats much? 9_9

Time to shelve this story for another four years *snort* so I can draw elves...
